Outcome

In addition to the Perpetual Leaders outcomes, the participant gains confidence in how to develop trust among peers and reports by learning and demonstrating the values-based principles of coaching, providing a motivational environment, setting priorities and more efficient time management. All lead to developing a bias towards action.

Why Leadership Foundations?

For the individual who wants to leverage our Perpetual Leaders into an intense 2-day or 3-day program, in-house or open enrollment. These courses provide a battery of modules that rapidly build your skillset and enable you to “know yourself, know your team and know your stuff.” At graduation, you are prepared to begin immediately to employ the principles that inspire your team and achieve results. The 3-day course includes a 90-day coaching experience afterwards to fine-tune your skills.
