Why Jumpstart?
Our partnership with Academy Leadership will provide you with a set of proprietary tools. Starting with the unique, three-dimensional Energize2Lead, you will survey and discover your personal leadership style and how it lines up with fellow team members and clients. Next you will develop and write your Personal Leadership Philosophy based on your needs and expectations and those of your teammates. This self-discovery leads to a self-imposed contract you will use and adjust the rest of your professional life. These two courses form the foundation of all our programs and are universally regarded as the most important elements in any leader’s professional development.
